MCC Land is a China developer, of which there are a number in Singapore. While MCC Land has not built a lot of projects here, there are others, such as Qingjian Realty, that is responsible for numerous projects, with more in the pipeline, such as the upcoming Forett condo at Bukit Timah.

Another of its developments was the Visionaire EC, just opposite from Canberra Residences. Others include completed ones like Bellewaters and Bellewoods (also ECs), and the ongoing launch of JadeScape. However, Forett stands out for being the only one that is freehold. It is also in a relatively new location for them, being located in Upper Bukit Timah. The VIP Preview of the Forett showflat is targetted for end July 2020, for which viewings are strictly by advance appointment. Incidentally, like Canberra Residences that is now within walking distance of the new Canberra MRT station, the Forett condo is within walking distance of Beauty World MRT station.
